Dealing with Irregularities When Playing Ultimate Texas Hold'em

Knowing the rules before playing the game of Ultimate Texas Hold'em is an important part of integrating a more organized means of playing this specific game of poker. Since the game has its own established sets of rules by which the casino operators strictly implement for their players to follow, there are also various means by which the casino deals with the different irregularities committed by the players and the dealer of Ultimate Texas Hold'em.

The casino always reserves the right to hold the player's ante wager, blind wager, play wager and trips bonus wager as void once they show irregularities of behavior which deviates from the standard protocol of playing the game.

The game round is considered void once it was found out that the deck used in the game does not have 52 cards. Such condition is considered a misdeal.

Under the rule of irregularities in Ultimate Texas Hold'em, the wagers that are affected under the situation of a misdeal shall be considered void in the event of a misdeal. Once the entire game round is held void, a re-dealing of cards will again commence.

Under the circumstance that a player made a wager and dealing of cards have been completed and the player is not around to make a decision with their bet, the dealer will consider that the player has folded and the player's wagers will be forfeited.

In case when the dealer collects the cards of a player prior to their decision of making a type of wager, the dealer will reconstruct the player's hand.
