The Final Settlement in the Game of Ultimate Hold'em Poker

In the game of Ultimate Texas Hold'em, the final settlement marks the decision of who wins the game. But the settlements involved do include different situational poker hand conflicts that need to be settled with a final decision to identify whose poker hand wins.

The final settlement in Ultimate Texas Hold'em is bounded by certain rules and regulating policies that must be observed. The settlement rules are designed to resolve conflicts among players including the dealer.

One of the baseline rules in Ultimate Hold'em poker is that the dealer does not qualify on the game once the dealer does not have a card of pair or higher. Each of the player's cards are then exposed, a push is signaled for the ante where the ante wager is returned to the player. The dealer then pays the players in accordance to the pay table of the blind and trips bonus.

The player who qualifies with the trips bonus and receives a card of 3 of a kind or higher, the specific cards that win will be left face up on the table and will not be removed until the payout is made to the player. Winning from the trips bonus qualifies the player for the payout regardless whatever happens to their hand.

Once the dealer qualifies for having a pair or higher, all of the player's cards are then reconciled by revealing the player's cards and the dealer determines the best poker hand possible by combining it with the five community cards on the table.

The player is declared to beat the dealer once their hand value is higher than that of the dealer's. The players lose once the dealer's poker hand value is higher than theirs. A stand off is declared once the hand values of both the player and the dealer's cards are equal.

Once the player loses from the dealer, their ante, play and blind wagers are collected by the dealer while the trips bonus is still paid if the player qualifies to win this optional wager. On the other hand, once the player wins against the dealer they will be paid with their ante and play wagers. The blind wager and the trips bonus are paid according to its pay table.

In case of a stand off, the dealer still pays the player their trips bonus if they qualify. Neither the dealer nor the player loses their wagers in this case. The dealer always observes the counting of cards of each player before placing those in the discard rack.

These are the basic settlements made in the game of Ultimate Texas Hold'em specifically designed as the rules to be followed in determining the winners while avoiding conflicting conditions at the end of the game.
